Charleston local MLS Board Expects drop in Membership

The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors is bracing for an anticipated fall in membership following lagging home sales. Vice-President of operations Sara Perry said “To see a 20% decline in membership wouldn’t surprise me.”

The anticipated 20% drop in membership could bring the total member of Charleston area Realtors down to about 3,850 members from roughly 4800 now.

The group also plans a redesign of its website. Perry said they hope to make this site more user friendly including making it easier to control local real estate agents.
