James Island Elects Kristi Reagor to Zoning Board

Kristi Reagor, a 7 year real estate agent with Exit Realty The Tracey Group of James Island, has been voted to the towns Board of Zoning Appeals. Reagor was nominated by Councilman Leonard Blank and received unanimous approval from the James Island town council on January 20th. The BZA handles questions concerning setbacks, easements, grand trees, and exceptions to dimensional standards for the Town of James Island.

In an interview shortly after her appointment, Reagor said “Just knowing what’s going on and gaining a better understanding of zoning and land use issues will be my reward for service.”
