Cheryl Stepka-Tracey wins “Yak award.”

Amy Vann of James Island has won the 2008 Top Producer Award for Exit Realty The Tracey Group. Vann, a four year agent with Exit, also put together two (2) $1,000,000 + sales to win the award going away.

Cheryl Stepka-Tracey was announced as the 2008 Yak Award winner. This award was presented for her stellar efforts towards “Carrying the weight of the World.”

Amy and Cheryl’s awards were announced at Exit’s 2009 Web Strategy training hosted by Key Yessaad.

Johns Island maintained the highest average price at $391,109 with 7 properties closed.
