Since 2004, EXIT Realty Corp. International has been the proud Corporate Sponsor of ten home builds for Habitat for Humanity. In 2006 we participated in Habitat's "Operation Home Delivery", a recovery program to aid the victims of Hurricane Katrina plus the hurricanes that followed - the worse hurricane devastation to hit the southern coastal states in US history. When Habitat put out a call for help to all of its corporate sponsors, EXIT Realty Corp. International responded. We dedicated our entire 2005 donation of $250,000 to support this initiative. All of the Operation Home Delivery families came from substandard or destroyed housing prior to becoming owners of Habitat for Humanity homes. Each family had to qualify to meet the rigorous standards set by Habitat, including helping to build other Habitat Homes and qualifying financially to meet minimum mortgage repayments.
